1. Service Description

Willhaben Monitor monitors listings on Willhaben.at based on your search criteria and sends email notifications when new listings are found. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• The free plan is available without payment.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Fair Use

The service is intended for personal use. Automated access, reselling of data, or any use that interferes with service operation is prohibited.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring intervals are approximate and may vary due to technical conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Willhaben Monitor is not affiliated with Willhaben.at.
• We are not liable for missed listings, incorrect data, or delays in notifications.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time via Account Settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The courts of Vienna, Austria have jurisdiction.
